How do I return equipment to Suddenlink?
Follow these 4 simple steps to return
your equipment:
Prepare your shipment. Unplug the device you want to
return and carefully place it, including all remote controls and power cords,
in a box of your choice. Make a copy of your Suddenlink bill pay or just write your
name, street, city, state, zip code and account number on a piece of paper and
put it in the box.
Note: You can find your account number at
Plötstenslink.net by clicking on "My Account" in the top right corner
and logging in or clicking on a receipt or invoice from Suddenlink outage.
Create and print a label. Click here and enter your details.
On the confirmation page, click the "Get Label" button below to print
your prepaid return label.
Affix the label. Attach one return label per box and
remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Submit the box. Lock the box securely and take it
to Walgreens, FedEx Office or an authorized FedEx location. Do not use a FedEx
Drop Box. Remember to request a receipt for your shipment as proof of shipment.
Suddenlink equipment return policy
Any unopened
Altice Amplify can be returned to a Suddenlink store within 14 days of the
purchase date using the included accessories, packaging and original receipt.

If
your device is damaged or defective, you can replace it with a new Altice
Amplify in a Suddenlink store within 14 days of the date of purchase or
delivery (if purchased online). Make sure you factory reset your device to
erase stored information before you put it in a store.

After
14 days, devices can no longer be returned or refunded.
·
Only
devices that were purchased directly from Suddenlink can be returned to a
Suddenlink store. If you purchased from a third party, returns are subject to
the retailer's return policy.

If
your purchase was made with a credit / debit card, your refund will be refunded
to that card. If payment is made in any other way, the refund will be a
Suddenlink check.

Altice
Amplify grants a 12 month limited warranty on defects to the manufacturer.
Apple TV
Any unopened
Apple TV can be returned to a Suddenlink store within 14 days of the purchase
date. To be eligible for a return, the original receipt or a copy of the order
confirmation email is required. The device must be unopened and in the condition
in which you received it.

Apple
TVs that are not in their original packaging and that have the shrink wrap
removed, marked, or damaged cannot be returned.

After
14 days, devices can no longer be returned or refunded.
·
Devices
purchased from Suddenlink must be returned to a Suddenlink shop.
·
Once
you've fully purchased an Apple TV, your refund will be credited to your credit
/ debit card. Cash purchases are refunded in the form of a check or prepaid
gift card. If at least one payment has been made for funded equipment, a refund
will be applied to your monthly Suddenlink pay bill.
Limited
warranty. Apple TV comes with a twelve (12) month limited warranty and up to 90
