Which browser is best for Pogo games?


Just like you and several other pogo game lovers require the updated versions of Java and Flash to play Pogo games but you may not know that not all internet browsers are compatible with Java and Flash. I recommend using Internet Explorer 11; however, you can also use Firefox (Windows or Mac).

Internet Explorer11 - I recommend using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) for the best gameplay experience with Pogo games. IE11 is compatible with both Java and Flash.

Note: IE9 and IE10 are no longer supported browsers.

Microsoft no longer keeps up Windows XP and Windows Vista so these operating systems won’t be updated to support the updated versions of Internet Explorer. If you’ve Windows XP or Windows Vista, I recommend using the Firefox browser.

FIREFOX

Flash - Users of Windows XP and Window Vistas can play Pogo games using firefox since these operating systems don’t support the updated versions of Internet explorer browsers   Firefox is suited with Flash.

Mac users can also select to use Firefox.

Java - In March 2017, Firefox versions 52 and better stopped supporting Java and creating Pogo Sign in issues. Firefox does not currently have a workaround for this Pogo login problem. You can keep playing games that use Java with a unique browser, like Internet Explorer 11.

CHROME

Flash - It’s true! Chrome keeps up Flash, but starting with Chrome version 55, it will be automatically disabled after an update of recent version.

When you try to play a Flash game on Pogo, “Click to enable Adobe Flash Player.” Ensure to click the text, not the puzzle piece icon.

Java - Java stopped working on Google Chrome browsers in version 42, but it still supports Flash. You can also use the Flash and Java game lists to see if you can play your game on Chrome. If the game you want to play is on the Java games list, you’ll require using one of the suggested browsers.

Every time you use a Flash plug-in, it'll ask if you want to use Flash.
